MODULAR TIG-MIG-MAG WELDING AND CUTTING RAIL TRACTOR
Rail Titan is fully modular mechanized tractor that can be custom configured for TIG-MIG-MAG welding, oxy-fuel or plasma cutting and gouging applications on flat or curved plate, tube and pipe. Linear torch oscillator produces straight, triangle, trapezoid and square weld paths.

Rail Titan can travel on hi-flex, semi-flexible, rigid or ring tracks that can be clamped to ferrous materials with magnetic units and to non-ferrous materials by means of vacuum track system incl. vacuum pump and vacuum units.

FILLET WELDING TRACTOR
Mini Spider is a battery-powered welding tractor designed to produce continuous fillet welds using MIG/MAG torches. The torch can be easily swapped from one side of Mini Spider to another. 4-wheel drive system with magnetic traction and a feedback loop provides highly efficient speed stabilization.

Constant, continuous and repeatable travel speed enables weld bead geometry that is exact to the required specifications, thus reducing costly over welding and substantially decreasing filler metal usage.

ABM - 14 PLATE AND PIPE BEVELLER

ABM-14 is a beveling machine designed to mill plates and pipes made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloys. In just one single run the machine can bevel up to 12 mm (1/2”) width.

Maximum bevel width is 14 mm (9/16’’). Depending on materials two or more runs are needed. The machine can bevel plates from top and bottom. Two optional ergonomic trolleys are available to make operator’s work more effective and comfortable.

Using an additional vertical roller guide ABM-14 can bevel concave edges if curvature radius is 1500 mm or larger.
